Capitalizing on these ideal conditions, Chile is set to host several races throughout July, August, September, and October. The season opener will take place at El Colorado with two FIS Giant Slalom races on July 25th and 26th. These races are part of the Ford Chile Winter Series Visa, a snow sports circuit that features various disciplines, including Para Alpine, Cross Country, Ski, and Snowboard Cross.

South American races serve as a platform for athletes to prepare for the season and to experience the unique atmosphere of the Cordillera de los Andes.” Last year, the region hosted some of the top World Cup Teams, and the conditions proved to be world-class.
