NEOM, the visionary $500 billion city project, continues to captivate with its latest announcements, enriching its development portfolio that already boasts Norlana, Epicon, and Aquellum, among others.
Recently, the Board of Directors of NEOM revealed two breathtaking projects under the expansive NEOM city’s ambit: Treyam and Gidori. These ventures stand as distinct marvels, seamlessly blending the elements of sea and desert within a futuristic landscape.
Treyam, poised at the nexus of desert expanse and ocean allure, is set to materialize into a bridge resort that promises a singular experience for its patrons.
According to NEOM’s statement, the design ethos of Treyam epitomizes a harmonious amalgamation of contemporary aesthetics and minimal ecological footprint, offering guests an unparalleled haven to unwind amidst awe-inspiring natural panoramas.
At the heart of this architectural marvel lies the world’s longest infinity pool, stretching over 450 meters. For perspective, the suspended infinity pool at One Za’abeel in Dubai measures a comparatively modest 120 meters.
Perched overlooking the azure waters at the southern tip of the Gulf of Aqaba, Treyam beckons as a luxurious gateway, inviting guests to embrace active lifestyles amidst its stunning environs.
Design renderings of the project showcase the facade of the half-kilometer-long structure delicately straddling the shoreline and a picturesque lagoon, epitomizing a seamless fusion with the surrounding landscape while preserving the natural integrity of the coastline.
NEOM envisions Treyam as a realm of adventure and exploration, with its upper and lower floors offering sweeping vistas of the tidal lagoon below and expansive skies above, seamlessly merging with the natural canvas.
The resort will offer an array of activities, including sailing, diving, water sports, and land-based pursuits, ensuring a diverse range of experiences for its discerning guests.
NEOM’s Gidori, unveiled in tandem with Treyam, presents an exclusive retreat tailored for enthusiasts of the gentleman’s game.
Planned around an 18-hole championship golf course, Gidori will feature a cantilevered residential complex, seemingly suspended from the coastal landscape, comprising 190 luxury sea-view apartments.
Adding to the allure, Gidori will also boast a limited series of 200 individually crafted private villas and homes, offering discerning residents a bespoke living experience in harmony with nature.
Visitors to Gidori can luxuriate in the 80-room boutique hotel, replete with uniquely designed rooms and contemporary suites, further enhancing the allure of this coastal haven.
The project’s announcement underscores the beach club’s commitment to relaxed hospitality and entertainment, complemented by an extensive array of water sports catering to all ages and skill levels.
These unveilings mark the latest additions to NEOM’s burgeoning portfolio of coastal tourism destinations, including Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, Zardun, Xaynor, and Elanan, further solidifying NEOM’s position as a beacon of futuristic urban development.
