Polaris Launches Adventures Elite to Support Outdoor Operators

by Alice

Polaris Adventures, the experiential arm of global powersports giant Polaris Inc. (NYSE: PII), has launched Polaris Adventures Elite, a comprehensive suite of more than 20 tools designed to help small, independent outdoor experience operators streamline their business operations and enhance the customer adventure experience.

The new platform combines cutting-edge reservation technology, risk management protections, and business management tools into a single, integrated solution. Polaris Adventures Elite aims to address common operational challenges faced by adventure outfitters, ultimately allowing them to focus more on delivering memorable outdoor experiences.

“We’ve heard from our outfitter partners that many of them got into the recreational rental industry to turn their passion for the outdoors into a thriving business,” said Gray Rentz, Vice President and General Manager of Polaris Experience. “We share that same mindset at Polaris Adventures. By leveraging our expertise as a Fortune 500 company, we’ve created resources like Polaris Adventures Elite to simplify daily operations, reduce administrative burdens, and allow our partners to focus on what they love: providing unique, localized experiences for customers.”

A key feature of the new platform is MPWR Book, a custom-built reservation system developed specifically for the powersports industry. Traditional reservation platforms have been found lacking in meeting the unique needs of powersports rental businesses, often requiring outfitters to rely on generic solutions that don’t fully accommodate their operations. MPWR Book addresses this by supporting multiple reservation types on a single platform, allowing businesses to seamlessly manage bookings, vehicle maintenance, inventory tracking, and more. This integration aims to reduce administrative overhead, improve operational efficiency, and provide greater visibility for business owners.

Jon Berry, owner of Pocono Outdoor Adventure Tours, praised the new system, calling it a game-changer for the industry. “Polaris Adventures has always been a leader in the space, and these new enhancements will make a significant difference for outfitters,” Berry said. “The digitization and automation of maintenance tracking alone will save us countless hours and resources. I’m especially excited about MPWR Book—it’s designed with our needs in mind, and it’s exactly the type of solution we’ve been waiting for.”

Since its inception in 2017, Polaris Adventures has rapidly grown into one of the leading powersports rental programs, offering customers the chance to experience a wide range of activities and try out new vehicles, whether they own a powersports machine or not. The program now includes over 250 outfitter locations across the U.S. and Canada, with additional offerings in Mexico and New Zealand.
